Most team fitness apps give every member the same buttons and hope someone steps up. Nobody does. The group chat goes quiet, the streak dies, and everyone drifts.
Departure solves that with a real role: one Team Leader, elected by the team, with exclusive responsibilities and a reward worth earning.
The Rewards
- +10% XP on every workout for the entire 2-month term. Stacks with Starter/Elite and active boosts up to a 5× cap.
- Coins Signing bonus of 1,000 + 100 × team size. Bigger team = bigger payout.
- Crown Gold ribbon displayed on your profile and the team page for your whole term.
- Override Restore XP on a teammate's flagged workout if the anti-cheat system got it wrong. 25 coins per use, fully logged.

The perks aren't free. Being elected means showing up.
Advance the warpath
Only the Team Leader can trigger monster battles. The team's journey forward depends on you showing up and pulling the trigger.
Run the feed
React, comment, encourage. Your activity is public — and voted on when your term ends.
Recruit warriors
A bigger team means a bigger signing bonus for whoever the team elects next. Grow the warband.
Override fair fails
Anti-cheat is aggressive on purpose. When it flags an honest workout, the leader can restore it. Every override is logged for team transparency.

Elections require at least 3 team members. Smaller teams ride with the Steward until they grow.
The Steward
Created a team? You start as the Steward — not the Team Leader. You do the work: warpath, overrides, recruitment. But the rewards only land if the team votes you in.
Lead by example. Earn the crown.

Every override logged
Any XP restoration is visible to every team member, with who did it, when, and why.
Recall anytime
If the leader goes inactive for 14+ days, members can initiate a recall petition. Simple majority ends the term.
Resign freely
Not feeling it? Step down. Your XP boost deactivates immediately and the team runs an early election.
